Wrong everything! The order took a whole month before being mailed The dress I ordered was not what was on the picture. It had no lace and no baby hair. False advertising! sent an email to the company getting nowhere with email at all I went on the internet and did google about this company and able to get in touch with them and I got my penny back .NEVER AGAIN .NEVER AGAIN.NEVER AGAIN.NEVER AGAIN.NEVER AGAIN.NEVER AGAIN

Don't bother ordering. The order took a whole month before being mailed The dress I ordered was not what was on the picture. It had no lace and no baby hair. False advertising! sent an email to the company getting nowhere with email at all I went on the internet and did google about this company and able to get in touch with them and I got my penny back

I had good experiences in the past but…

I had good experiences in the past but I recently ordered a ring with diamonds from them. It took a long time to get it due to their using DHL for shipping and DHL is backed up. I had to make the calls to DHL to get the package moving though I reached out to Browns for help. When my ring finally arrived, I opened it up to find the same ring with no diamonds. It was clear from the documentation that Farfetch knowingly shipped the wrong ring because the order and the shipping paperwork were different. Now they are forcing me to return it via DHL and it will take at least a month before I receive a refund. What a total waste of my time. Very annoyed.

Very disappointed ordered a shirt from Casablanca and 2 weeks later the order has still not been processed. Absolutely shocking service from a luxury store . Do not buy online as they also have a very long process to issue your refund. Highly unprofessional service. Monique is very very unhelpful and even pretends she cannot hear you and then ends the call.

Don't shop from here

Don't shop from here. They don't refund your delivery cost which is against the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and essentially steal your money.

I bought a Prada bag and a Valentino…

I bought a Prada bag and a Valentino bracelet. the package arrived after 3 days. I was fine even if the brada bag only had the browns bag and not the Prada one

Haven't received my order after more…

Haven't received my order after more than two weeks. I have to keep contacting customer service and they just keep telling me to wait. Appalling.

They sell fake products !

They sell fake products as original ! I bought a small belt Gucci for 1800 aed plus 80 aed shipping from Farfetch . Later I was shocked that in Gucci store that belt cost 1400 aed . When i got my order and opened package i saw a dust bag in the beginning and felt that material is different . Logo on dust bag was not correct . Then i checked the belt and did not see any number on it . No any tags from gucci . No original box . They put Gucci card only which one is for Gucci wallet on Chinese language !!!! Liars ! They put fake stuff as original ! But people who knows brands will understand even from the dust bag . Never buy from them ! Also i paid 1800 aed but they put documents as i paid 1500 aed ! I waisted my money ! Hope Farfetch will return to me my money !

I ordered an expensive bag online and received the smaller version of the bag that was advertised. I contacted browns immediately and advised them. They asked me to send it back so I tried to book the return through their online method but their system would not allow me to book the return. I then contacted them via phone and they arranged a return via DHL. The bag was picked up by DHL the next day and I waited to hear a response as to why I was send the wrong size bag still have not bern provided this. I requested a refund of delivery charges also. A few days later im refunded the delivery charge but not the amount for the bag. I continue to chase this large amount of money and was advised their wider team had made some type of error and that they would issue refund for the bag. After numerous emails and telephone calls I have finally received my refund for the bag. They then offer an apology with 15% discount code that cant even be used on particular products anyway. I will not be ordering from browns fashion again and have learnt my lesson. When ordering high end brands best to stick to high end retailers that stock them.

Non existent customer service

Customer service completely unresponsive, no confirmation for them receiving the return item. Size charts not correct. Avoid at all costs.

The worst comapny in the world

The worst comapny in the world. Made me pay 3 times for my order, then seeked copys of my ID & card, then cancelled my order, starting to think they just wanted to get copys of my card & ID
SCAM ARTISTS!!!!
Completly & utterly useless

Great experience!…

I’m a little baffled by all the negative reviews. I purchased a handbag at a great price, and received it two days later from the UK (I’m in the US). Packaged beautifully, and customer service responded right away to an inquiry. Very happy with their service.
